The scope of WiShEL: Walisongo Journal of Sharia Economic Law includes theoretical and empirical studies on Islamic economic law, Islamic finance regulation, Islamic commercial contracts, and contemporary issues in Islamic business ethics. The journal welcomes interdisciplinary research that critically analyzes the development, application, and harmonization of Sharia-based legal norms within national legal systems and the global economic landscape.
