EVALUATION OF THE USE OF THE VIDEO CONFERENCE PLATFORM ON ZOOM BASED ON THE NIELSEN MODEL

Video Conference is a platform that can make it easier to communicate or meet face to face virtually. Video conferencing platform users have tended to increase since the COVID-19 pandemic caused teaching and learning activities to be carried out from home or online. This study aims to evaluate and determine the usability of the video conferencing platform on Zoom based on the Nielson Model which is mapped on the framework pieces. This study uses respondents who are students from Mts Raudhatul Muttaqien, Purwomartani, Kalasan, Sleman, Yogyakarta which produces 60 respondents with an average response value of 85% (very good or very like) on the Zoom Meeting platform.
