Abstract

The rapid advancement of digitalization demands that companies establish an online presence to expand their business reach and enhance their image. An engaging and informative landing page company profile is crucial for representing the company, creating a professional first impression, and providing comprehensive information to visitors. This study optimizes the creation process of a landing page company profile at Mahakarya Digital Solutions using the Critical Path Method (CPM). AON analysis identified Path A as the critical path with the longest duration of 26 days, while AOA analysis identified Path D as the critical path with the longest duration of 23 days. Identifying these critical paths allows project managers to manage resources efficiently and minimize delays. CPM optimization ensures projects are completed on time and within budget, enhancing overall project efficiency and performance. These findings underscore the importance of applying CPM in digital project management for optimal results
