Authors retain the copyright of their articles published in WiShEL: Walisongo Sharia Economic Law.
All works are licensed under a Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike 4.0 International License (CC BY-SA 4.0). This license allows others to share and adapt the work with proper attribution and under the same license terms.

Creative commons licenses
Creative commons licenses give everyone from individual creators to large institutions a standardized way to grant the public permission to use their creative work under copyright law. For the discussion and overview in creative commons website, there’re 6 (six) different option for the license under the CC, such as CC BY, CC BY-SA, CC BYNC, CC BY-NC-SA, CC BY-ND, CC BY-NC-ND.

The editorial board of the WiShEL: Walisongo Journal of Sharia Economic Law shares common vision with Universitas Islam Negeri Walisongo Semarang as a Publisher in providing unrestricted access to knowledge and education for all and thereby follows Open Access Policy to showcase its content. The WiShEL: Walisongo Journal of Sharia Economic Law open access copyright and licensing policy on the principle that making research freely available to the public supports a greater global exchange of knowledge.

Universitas Islam Negeri Walisongo Semarang and the WiShEL: Walisongo Journal of Sharia Economic Law adhere to a Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial 4.0 International License. The authors submitting and publishing in the WiShEL: Walisongo Journal of Sharia Economic Law agree to the copyright policy under a Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial 4.0 International License. Under this license, the authors published in the WiShEL: Walisongo Journal of Sharia Economic Law retain the copyright, and all other authors using the content of the WiShEL: Walisongo Journal of Sharia Economic Law are required to cite author(s) and publisher in their work.
