Ownership and Management

The Journal of Natural Sciences and Mathematics Research (JNSMR) is owned by Universitas Islam Negeri (UIN) Walisongo Semarang and published under the auspices of the Institute for Research and Community Service (LP2M). Through its publishing unit, LP2M supports the journal’s continuity, development, and dissemination of scientific knowledge. JNSMR provides an academic platform for publishing scholarly work in fundamental sciences, mathematics, applied sciences, and materials characterization, fostering the exchange of scientific ideas and research findings across these disciplines.

The journal is managed by an editorial team led by an Editor-in-Chief and supported by an editorial board and publication support personnel. The editorial team is responsible for the preliminary assessment of submitted manuscripts, coordination of the peer-review process, editorial decision-making, manuscript editing, and publication. Independent peer reviewers evaluate submissions based on their scientific quality, originality, methodological rigor, and contribution to the advancement of knowledge within the journal’s scope.

Editorial decisions are made based on scientific merit, relevance to the journal’s aims and scope, and the results of peer review. JNSMR is committed to upholding editorial independence, transparency, and publication ethics throughout its publishing activities. Institutional interests, personal relationships, and commercial considerations must not interfere with decisions concerning manuscript acceptance or rejection.
