Types of Manuscript
The Journal of Natural Sciences and Mathematics Research (JNSMR) welcomes scholarly manuscripts that contribute to the advancement of fundamental sciences, mathematics, applied sciences, materials science, and materials characterization. The journal publishes original scientific findings, critical reviews, concise research communications, and scholarly commentaries that are relevant to its focus and scope. All submissions are expected to demonstrate scientific rigor, appropriate methodology, clarity of presentation, and a meaningful contribution to the development of knowledge in the relevant fields.
JNSMR considers the following types of manuscripts:
1. Research Articles
Research Articles present original scientific investigations that contribute new findings, methods, models, theories, or interpretations in the fields covered by JNSMR. These manuscripts may address fundamental or applied problems in physics, chemistry, biology, mathematics, materials science, and related areas. Submissions should provide a clear research objective, an appropriate methodology or theoretical framework, a rigorous analysis, and conclusions supported by the results.
2. Original Research Reports
Original Research Reports communicate the results of original scientific investigations, including experimental studies, theoretical analyses, mathematical investigations, computational studies, and materials characterization. These manuscripts should describe the research procedures, findings, and scientific implications clearly and provide sufficient information to support the interpretation of the results. Their scope and presentation should be appropriate to the nature and objectives of the investigation.
3. Review Articles
Review Articles provide a critical synthesis and evaluation of existing scientific literature in areas relevant to JNSMR. They may examine developments, methodological approaches, theoretical perspectives, research trends, and unresolved questions in fundamental sciences, mathematics, applied sciences, and materials characterization. Reviews should offer a coherent analysis of the available evidence, identify significant developments or knowledge gaps, and provide insights that advance understanding of the subject.
4. Short Communications
Short Communications present concise reports of significant scientific findings, methodological developments, or specific research advances that warrant timely communication to the scientific community. These manuscripts should focus on a clearly defined contribution and provide sufficient methodological information, evidence, and interpretation to support the reported findings.
5. Scientific Commentaries
Scientific Commentaries offer informed scholarly perspectives, critical analyses, or interpretations of scientific developments, research findings, methods, or issues relevant to the journal's scope. They should be evidence-based, clearly reasoned, and scientifically relevant, providing constructive discussion that may stimulate further research or scholarly debate.
