From E-Government to Good Governance: Examining the Impact of Digitalization on Public Service Delivery in Indonesia

E-government merupakan pemanfaatan teknologi informasi dalam pemerintahan yang diharapkan dapat meningkatkan Good Governance. Implementasi e-government di Indonesia masih belum optimal dan masih menghadapi berbagai kendala. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis implementasi e-government di Indonesia dan pengaruhnya terhadap Good Governance. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Data dikumpulkan melalui studi pustaka dan wawancara. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi e-government di Indonesia belum sesuai dengan standar e-government dan belum mampu meningkatkan Good Governance secara signifikan. Faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi keberhasilan implementasi e-government di Indonesia adalah kualitas pelayanan publik, tingkat kepercayaan masyarakat, dan tingkat partisipasi masyarakat. Kendala yang dihadapi dalam implementasi e-government di Indonesia antara lain aksesibilitas, infrastruktur, kualitas pelayanan, dan integrasi sistem. Solusi yang dapat diterapkan untuk mengatasi kendala tersebut adalah peningkatan aksesibilitas, pengembangan infrastruktur, peningkatan kualitas pelayanan publik dan peningkatan partisipasi masyarakat dalam proses implementasi e-governmentDownloads
