The implementation of the IOS-based e-attendance application is contained in the SE of the Regent of North Bengkulu No: 800.1.9/0285/BKPSDM of 2024 concerning the Implementation of the Development of Electronic-Based Attendance Applications (E-Attendance) for Employees.
The urgency of research, user experience can be feedback on whether the application can meet the effectiveness and efficiency in achieving its use goals. The purpose of the study is to determine the influence of IOS-based e-attendance application users on employee performance. The research method uses qualitative methods. The results of the research show that the application is quite efficient in saving time, effort and budget. Users are satisfied because the app is based on user needs. Errors that often occur during the e-attendance process are caused by the stability of the internet network. The ease of learning the application is due to the ease of use and the stability of features that have not changed during the implementation of the 2024 version of the application policy.
