Focus and Scope

 

JSW (Jurnal Sosiologi Walisongo) -if translated into English: JSW (Walisongo Journal of Sociology)-- is an academic journal that focuses on sociological studies and humanities. The main goal of the journal is to disseminate current and original articles from researchers and practitioners on various contemporary social issues on 1) Sociology of Religion and Philosophy; 2) Sociology of Islam, 3) Sociology of Politics, 4) Sociology of Law, 5) Urban and Rural Sociology, 6) Anthropology, 7) Community Development and Social Welfare, 8) Gender and Feminism Studies, 9) Masculinity Studies; 10) Environmental Sociology, 11) Radicalism and Terrorism Studies, 12) Cyber/digital Sociology.

JSW (Jurnal Sosiologi Walisongo) is published as part of the efforts in developing studies in sociology to provide space for the enrichment and strengthening of sociological studies.
