Egi Tanadi Taufik is a Master's dual-degree student at Universitas Islam Internasional Indonesia (UIII) and the University of Edinburgh. He serves as a board member at the Institute of Southeast Asian Islam (ISAIs) and a journal editor for ESENSIA and Mutawatir. His current research interests include Qur'ānic hermeneutics, philology, and Indian-Ocean intellectual history. Taufik's first MA thesis highlights the mobilization of poststructuralist discourses in studying the scripture.
