Journal Description
Al-Ahkam is an international journal published by the Faculty of Sharia and Law Universitas Islam Negeri Walisongo in collaboration with the Indonesian Consortium of Sharia Scholars (KSSI). Al-Ahkam was first published in 1991 in printed version and available online since 2012.
Al-Ahkam focuses on Islamic Law and Islamic Legal Studies that are studied from various perspectives, i.e., philosophy, history, sociology, anthropology, psychology, and economics. This journal provides readers with a better understanding of the subject, focusing on literary and fieldwork studies by publishing original research articles.
Al-Ahkam has been accredited by ARJUNA in 1st Grade (SINTA 1) based on Decree No. 30/E/KPT/2018 and No. 164/E/KPT/2021 (see Certificate). Al-Ahkam was accepted for indexing by Scopus on Monday, January 1, 2024 (see Title Evaluation Tracking).
