The Editorial Board of The Daluang Journal, published by the UPT Perpustakaan Universitas Islam Negeri Walisongo Semarang, Indonesia, invites researchers, practitioners, and academics to submit their original scientific articles for consideration in Volume 5, Issue 1 (January-June 2025). About The Daluang Journal

The Daluang Journal of Library and Information Science is a peer-reviewed, open-access journal that aims to foster scholarly communication in the LIS community. With p-ISSN 2797-3131 and e-ISSN 2797-3182, this journal is committed to promoting research and innovation in various areas of library and information science. Our mission is to provide a platform for the dissemination of ideas, research findings, and best practices that address the evolving challenges in the field.

The journal is published twice a year (January-June and July-December) and covers a wide range of topics, including but not limited to:

Submission Guidelines

Authors are invited to submit original research articles, review articles, or case studies that align with the journal's scope. Submissions should be between 2,500 to 6,000 words and must follow the journal's formatting guidelines. Each submission will undergo a double-blind peer review process to ensure the highest standards of academic integrity and quality.

The following types of manuscripts are welcomed:

  1. Research Articles: Presenting original research findings with a clear methodology and significant contributions to the field.

  2. Review Articles: Offering comprehensive reviews of relevant literature, identifying gaps, and suggesting directions for future research.

  3. Best Practice or Case Studies: Sharing practical experiences and innovative solutions implemented in libraries, archives, or information centers.
