Tulakan Village, located in Pacitan Regency, has high potential to be developed, that is coconut water. However, people here have not yet empowered coconut water since coconut water is considered to be a waste, accordingly, it is necessary to hold a counseling activity on processing coconut water into more valuable and useful products. Alternatively, coconut water can be processed into nata de coco. The outreach activities include three stages: preparation, implementation and evaluation. These community service activities are able to increase public awareness and understanding that goods that are considered waste can be transformed into products that have more added value (add value) with the presence of relevant creativity and skills. Eventually, people in this village will be able to process coconut water into nata de coco, as well as knowing the benefits of nata de coco for health.
