About the Journal
Walisongo Medical and Clinical Journal (WMCJ) is an open-access, peer-reviewed journal that employs a double-blind review system, published by the Faculty of Medicine, Universitas Islam Negeri Walisongo Semarang, Indonesia. This journal is committed to publishing high-quality articles as a medium for disseminating ideas, innovations, and the latest findings that contribute to the improvement of health services, medical practice, and the development of humane and ethical healthcare.
WMCJ focuses on publishing scholarly works in the fields of basic and clinical medicine, stem cell-based regenerative therapies, medical technology innovations, and public health studies relevant to the advancement of science and medical practice. Its scope includes the publication of empirical research articles, literature reviews (including systematic reviews and meta-analyses), as well as case reports related to basic medicine, clinical practice (such as oncology, internal medicine, neurology, and orthopedics), clinical trials, and evidence-based therapies. In addition, this journal accommodates studies on public health, disease prevention, bioethics, and the integration of medical science with the values of spirituality, humanity, and ethics, supporting the development of a more holistic approach to medical practice.
