Announcement on Language Policy Update

We would like to inform all prospective authors that starting from Volume 8, Issue 1 (2026), Alsina: Journal of Arabic Studies will only accept manuscripts written in two languages: Arabic and English.

Manuscripts that were previously submitted in Indonesian are required to be resubmitted in Arabic or English in order to be considered for publication starting from this volume.

This policy update is implemented to strengthen the journal’s academic focus, enhance its international visibility, and maintain consistency with its scholarly scope.

We kindly encourage authors to ensure that their submissions comply with this updated language policy before submitting their manuscripts.
