PENDAMPINGAN PENGEMBANGAN BUDAYA BACA SISWA MADRASAH TSANAWIYAH DARUL ULUM

Pendampingan ini dilatarbelakangi oleh penellitian di Amerika Serikat, yang menunjukkan bahwa anak yang lamban membaca pada kelas awal, akan mengalami kegagalan yang semakin parah pada kelas-kelas berikutnya. Berdasarkan penelitian tersebut, maka pendamping berinisiatif untuk melakukan pendampingan pengembangan budaya baca siswa di salah satu madrasah binaan FITK UIN Walisongo, yaitu MTs Darul Ulum. Terdapat beberapa kegiatan pendampingan yang dilakukan untuk mengembangkan budaya baca, yaitu survey minat baca Siswa, MOU dengan Perpustakaan Daerah terkait penambahan koleksi buku, parenting tentang penumbuhan budaya baca anak, pelatihan pembelajaran berbasis literasi bagi guru, pelatihan jurnalistik bagi siswa, pendampingan terjadwal (rutin) pengembangan budaya baca berbasis masyarakat.Downloads
