Online Submission

The manuscript text submission must follow these steps:

  1. Register as an author using the “Register” button.
  2. After the registration, log in as an author, then click on the “New Submission” menu. The article submission process consists of five stages: (1) Start; (2) Upload Submission; (3) Enter Metadata; (4) Upload Supplementary Files (if any); (5) Confirm.
  3. In the “Start” menu, choose “Journal Section (Full Article)” and complete the checklist.
  4. On the “Upload Submission” page, upload the manuscript files in Ms.Word format.
  5. On the “Enter Metadata” page, fill in the author(s) data and affiliation(s), including journal title, abstract, and keywords.
  6. On the “Upload Supplementary Files” page, upload supplementary files, copyright transfer agreements, etc.
  7. On the “Confirmation” page, click “Finish Submission” once checked that the entered information is correct.

SUBMISSION PREPARATION CHECKLIST

As part of the submission process, authors must check that their manuscript submission complies with the items listed below. Submissions may be returned if they do not adhere to the guidelines.

  1. The submission has not been previously published, nor has it been before another journal for consideration (or an explanation has been provided in Comments to the Editor).
  2. The submission file is in OpenOffice, Microsoft Word, RTF, or WordPerfect document file format.
  3. Where available, URLs for the references have been provided.
  4. The text is single-spaced; uses a 12-point font; employs italics, rather than underlining (except with URL addresses); and all illustrations, figures, and tables are placed within the text at the appropriate points, rather than at the end.
  5. The text complies with the stylistic and bibliographic requirements as outlined in the Author Guidelines found in About the Journal.
  6. If submitting to a peer-reviewed journal section, the instructions in Ensuring a Blind Review have been followed.
