Author Guidelines

The Research Journal on Teacher Professional Development (RJTPD) accepts articles written by the author(s) from worldwide.

 

Please read the guidelines carefully. The only manuscript that follows the guidelines will be processed for review.

 

RJTPD only accepts original articles (research-based articles).
The submission represents that the manuscript has not been published previously and is not currently under consideration for publication elsewhere.
Manuscripts should be written in English.
Manuscripts should be submitted as a Microsoft Word, single-spaced in 12 points, Times New Roman font, with at least 3 cm margins on all sides and the right-hand margin justified.
The length of a manuscript should be between 2500 to 4500 words (not including Tables, Figures, and References), approximately 7 to 16 pages.
Manuscripts must be free of plagiarism. Only manuscripts that have less than 25% similarity will be processed.
Use of tools such as Mendeley or EndNote for reference management and formatting is encouraged, using APA 7th edition style.
The paper must conform to the standard RJTPD paper format.
You need to log in to submit your article, which requires you to be registered first.
Supplementary files such as graphs, pictures, images, and scales can be uploaded to the RJTPD server if needed.
An abstract is required for paper submission.
You can upload a revised version if requested by the Editor.

Manuscript Style

A manuscript consists of:

 

A. Title Page, including:

  • Title : Should be no more than 14 words, with capitalization only on the first letter of the first word.
  • Author(s)' name : Full names without academic degrees; list the first author, followed by the second, third, etc. Please ensure all authors agree with the order of authorship prior to submission.
  • Institution : Name of the author(s)' institution, followed by country.
  • Email address : Email address of the corresponding author.
  • Abstract : One paragraph with a maximum of 200 words, including problem statement, purpose of the study, method, results, and implications.
  • Keywords : Three to five keywords relevant to the manuscript.
 

B. Main Manuscript, including:

  • Introduction : Describe the importance of the study, what is already known about the topic, identify knowledge gaps, explain what the study contributes to current knowledge, and state the objective clearly.
  • Method : Provide details on the research setting, study design, procedure, ethical considerations, and data analysis methods.
  • Results : Present the results systematically. Use appropriate tables and figures to support findings. Maximum seven tables and five figures. Follow APA formatting.
  • Discussion : Discuss the major findings, compare them with previous studies, and elaborate on theoretical and practical implications. Include limitations and recommendations for future research.
  • Conclusion : Summarize the key points from the discussion without repeating the results section.
  • References : Follow APA 7th edition format. Use reference managers like Mendeley or EndNote. Most references should be journal articles published within the last 10 years.
  • Appendix : Tables or figures that are supplementary may be placed in the appendix.
 

Revised Version

During the review process, you may be asked to revise your manuscript and resubmit it. Please use the same submission link for one manuscript. Do not create multiple submissions for the same manuscript.
