The meaning of the Teosofia logo:
Repetition of “Huwa”
The repeated calligraphic forms represent the continuous remembrance of the Divine — dhikr Huwa, Huwa, Huwa — echoing the eternal breath of creation.
Spiral / Circular motion
The design forms a rotating mandala-like structure, symbolizing the unbroken unity of being (wahdat al-wujūd).
The center represents the Divine Essence, and the outward flow signifies manifestation — creation emerging from the Hidden (al-Bāṭin) toward the Visible (az-Zāhir).
Color symbolism (Purple)
Purple often denotes spiritual depth, mysticism, and divine love, making it a fitting symbol for Huwa — the ineffable Divine.
Unity in multiplicity
Although composed of many Huwa shapes, the pattern forms a single harmonious whole — a visual reflection of “lā ilāha illā Huwa” (“There is no god but He”).
