Vision: Journal for Language and Foreign Language Learning (Vision Journal) is accredited SINTA 2 by the Indonesian Ministry of Higher Education with Decree Number 230/E/KPT/2022 from Volume 11 No. 1, 2022, until Volume 15 No. 2, 2026. It is an International single-blind peer-reviewed, and open-access journal dedicated solely to research on teaching and learning a first, second, and foreign language. It aims to publish original research articles (ORA) contributing to all aspects of language learning, with a particular preference for studies combining theory and practice.  

The journal welcomes submissions on the following:

  1. Foreign language acquisition,
  2. Translation and language learning,
  3. Foreign language learning and identity,
  4. Gender and equality in English language learning,
  5. Foreign language skills,
  6. Linguistics and English language learning,
  7. Literature and English language learning, and
  8. Foreign language teaching and learning.

Submissions that are not in the focus and scope of the journal above or that violate the author guidelines, such as not using Microsoft Word document file format, Mendeley, or the article template, will be rejected without review.

Vision Journal is a scholarly journal with a readership comprised of teachers, lecturers, and researchers in the field of language and EFL who work in primary and secondary schools, colleges, and universities, as well as in the state and private sectors. In addition to teachers, lecturers, and researchers, readers include teacher trainers, administrators, and policymakers occupying positions of responsibility and management in language and ELT programs and projects.

Vision Journal is indexed by DOAJ, Crossref, Google Scholar, MORAREF, Sinta, Dimensions, Mendeley, and many others.

Call for Papers

Vision: Journal for Language and Foreign language learning invites teachers, lecturers, and researchers to submit their original research articles on teaching and learning a first, second, and foreign language to Vision Journal. All submissions should be made in *.doc or *.docx format. Please follow Author Guidelines, and use Mendeley and the Article Template.
