Walisongo Journal of Chemistry is a peer reviewed and open access journal published by Chemistry Department, Faculty of Science and Technology, Universitas Islam Negeri Walisongo Semarang-Indonesia.

Walisongo Journal of Chemistry is journal based on the chemistry field for discussing the theoretical and application of chemistry, including organic chemistry, inorganic chemistry, physical chemistry, analytical chemistry, environmental chemistry, chemometrics and computational chemistry, food and natural product chemistry, pharmaceutical chemistry, biochemistry, and also materials chemistry. We invite Authors around the world who work in those fields for submitting articles to Walisongo Journal of Chemistry and having fruitful contribution towards development of chemistry for humanity and civilization.

Walisongo Journal of Chemistry is published two issues annually (July and December). Although we accept the manuscript in Bahasa Indonesia, the Authors are encouraged to submit their manuscripts in English. All the accepted manuscripts will be published in English.

Improvement Notes:

The improvements have been made based on assessor notes from previous accreditation:
1. Added the article's history/genesys to the full text PDF.
2. At least two reviewers with expertise and international standards are used in the review process.
3. Improved and consistent use of templates and enclosure styles (including how to use tables and images).
4. The quality of articles has improved in terms of revealing gap analysis, novelty, research purpose, methods, results and discussion, conclusions, and reference sources.
