Correction and Retraction

Psikohumaniora: Jurnal Penelitian Psikologi is committed to maintaining the accuracy, transparency, and integrity of the scholarly record. Corrections and retractions are handled in accordance with the journal's publication ethics policies and the guidelines of the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE).

Corrections may be issued when errors or inaccuracies are identified in a published article that do not invalidate its overall findings. Depending on the nature and severity of the issue, the journal may publish a correction notice, clarification, or additional analysis and link it to the original article.

Retractions may be considered when there is clear evidence that published findings are unreliable due to research misconduct or significant errors, redundant publication, plagiarism, or unethical research practices. Allegations of misconduct are investigated fairly, following established ethical guidelines. Authors are given an opportunity to respond, and independent experts may be consulted when necessary.

When a retraction is warranted, the journal publishes a retraction notice explaining the reasons and links it to the original article to ensure transparency and preserve the scholarly record. The original article remains accessible where appropriate, with a clear retraction notice.

Psikohumaniora encourages authors, reviewers, and readers to report suspected errors or misconduct. The journal will take appropriate action based on the findings of its investigation to safeguard the credibility and integrity of published research.
