Article Correction and Recall

Jawda: The Journal of Islamic Education Management is committed to maintaining the accuracy, transparency, and integrity of scientific publications. The process of correcting and withdrawing articles is carried out in accordance with the journal's publication ethics policy and the guidelines of the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE).

Corrections may be issued when errors or inaccuracies are found in a published article, but such errors do not invalidate the entire findings or conclusions of the research. Based on the nature and extent of the error, the journal may publish additional correction, clarification, or analysis notices linked to the original article. Corrections are made to ensure that published scientific information remains accurate and accountable.

An article may be withdrawn if there is clear evidence that the published research findings are unreliable due to research ethics violations, fundamental errors, double publications, plagiarism, data manipulation or fabrication, or other forms of scientific integrity violations. Any alleged violations will be examined objectively and fairly in accordance with applicable publication ethics procedures. Authors are allowed to submit clarifications or responses, and independent expert opinions may be sought if necessary.

If the withdrawal of the article is declared necessary, Jawda publishes a notice of withdrawal explaining the reason for the withdrawal and linking it to the original article. The withdrawn article can still be accessed if it complies with the journal's policy and is accompanied by a clear statement of withdrawal to maintain the transparency and integrity of the scientific record.

Jawda encourages authors, reviewers, editors, and readers to report alleged errors, ethical violations, or deviations from scientific integrity in publications. Each report will be followed up through appropriate and proportionate examinations. The journal is committed to taking the necessary steps, based on the audit results, to maintain the credibility of the publication and the integrity of research in the field of Islamic education management.
