Allegation of research misconduct
Journal of Integrated Elementary Education (JIEEd) considers allegations of research or publication misconduct fairly, confidentially, proportionately, and on the basis of relevant evidence. Allegations may concern submitted or published work.
Potential Research Misconduct
- Fabrication, falsification, or selective manipulation of research data, results, or images.
- Plagiarism, duplicate publication, unauthorized reuse, or misrepresentation of authorship.
- Peer-review manipulation, undisclosed material conflicts of interest, or citation manipulation.
- Serious failures of participant consent, confidentiality, or ethical research conduct.
- Deceptive or undisclosed AI practices that compromise research integrity.
Submitting an Allegation
Send a specific, evidence-supported report to the editorial office. Include the article or submission identifier, the concern, and supporting material. Good-faith reports are considered without presuming that an allegation is proven.
Editorial Procedure
Safeguards
Relevant records are treated confidentially as far as practicable. Decisions are based on evidence, not unsupported accusations, and procedures seek to protect both the scholarly record and the fair treatment of those involved.
