There are no mandatory payments at submission, acceptance, production, or publication. No fee is required to obtain editorial consideration.

Fairness and Transparency

• Editorial decisions are based on scientific quality, relevance, originality, and publication ethics, not financial considerations.
• Because the journal does not charge APCs, waivers and discounts are not applicable.
• Any future fee changes must be announced publicly before becoming effective for affected submissions.
